All arriving passengers (Alaska Airlines, other domestic carriers, slope workers, rural passengers, and commuters) who have checked bags or are getting picked up outside at Arrivals. Highly-visible throughout the baggage claim areas. Displays are mounted in the center of baggage carousels 1-3. Displays are mounted to the side on carousels 4-5 (where most people stand to wait for bags). Displays at Carousel 7 & 8 are mounted on murals at each Carousel.
