The Courtesy Phone Center is a part of the Fairbank Airport Welcome Center located at the bottom of the escalators leading from the gate area down to baggage claim. It is centrally located between ticketing and the baggage claim areas.

Traffic Stats

The Courtesy Phone Center is seen by all arriving passengers. It is centrally located at the bottom of the escalators that lead from the gate area to all the areas on the lower level including both baggage claim carousels, the commuter and military lounges, as well as the Rav'n gates. It is adjacent to the escalators that carry passengers from the ticketing lobby to security as well.
